Agnihotra : The Science of Healing.....

What if I tell you that, everything in this world can be healed? You would believe it to an extent but would not believe if I told everything can healed, including healing and protection from environment destruction and radiations...
Still you would believe, what if told you that your paralysis can be healed, your TB can be healed, and Your Disability can be healed. Here, you would be astonished that How it is possible? Yes it is possible.

Agnihotra, Art of healing. It is your effort to heal the atmosphere, environment and environment will help you heal. It is also known as HOMA THERAPY.

Agnihotra is a healing fire from the ancient science of Ayurveda. It is a process of purifying the atmosphere through a specially prepared fire performed at sunrise and sunset daily. Anyone in any walk of life can do Agnihotra and heal the atmosphere in his/her own home. Thousands of people all over the world have experienced that Agnihotra reduces stress, leads to greater clarity of thought, improves overall health, gives one increased energy, and makes the mind fuller of love. It is a great aid to drug and alcohol deaddiction. Agnihotra also nourishes plant life and neutralizes harmful radiation and pathogenic bacteria. It harmonizes the functioning of Prana (life energy) and can be used to purify water resources.

Agnihotra is an ancient science given in Sanskrit language at the time of creation. Sanskrit was never anyone’s mother tongue; it is a language of vibration. We can make changes in the atmosphere with Sanskrit mantras and fire prepared with specific organic substances, timed to the sunrise/sunset biorhythm. The fire is prepared in a small copper pyramid of specific size and shape. Brown rice, dried cowdung (manure) and ghee (clarified unsalted butter) are the substances burned. Exactly at sunrise or sunset the mantras are spoken and a small amount of rice and ghee is given to the fire. There is not just energy from the fire; subtle energies are created by the rhythms and mantras. These energies are generated or thrust into the atmosphere by fire. This, in addition to the qualities of the materials burned, produces the full effect of this healing HOMA (healing fire). Much healing energy emanates from the Agnihotra pyramid.

Tremendous amounts of energy are gathered around the Agnihotra copper pyramid just at Agnihotra time. A magnetic-type field is created, which neutralizes negative energies and reinforces positive energies. Therefore, a positive pattern is created by one who does Agnihotra merely by his/her performance. Agnihotra purifies the atmosphere of pollutants and neutralizes harmful radiation. The resultant atmosphere gives nourishment to plant life.

Agnihotra and Plants:

The ghee is thrust into the atmosphere and attaches itself to the molecular structure of the soil, allowing the soil to retain more moisture. Plants grown in Agnihotra atmosphere are better able to withstand droughts. Agnihotra causes a change in the cellular structure of the plant which sends more nutrients to the fruit of the plant and less to the leaves, stem and roots. Many people have found that the size, taste, texture and yield of fruits and vegetables grown in Agnihotra atmosphere are superior. Performance of Agnihotra in the garden reduces pest problems and organic gardening and farming are made easier by using Homa (healing fire) techniques.

Medicinal properties of Agnihotra:

Agnihotra renews the brain cells, revitalizes the skin and purifies the blood. It is the holistic approach to life. Many people who are normally allergic to smoke experience a healing effect by sitting in Agnihotra atmosphere. The healing effects of Agnihotra are locked in the resultant ash. Thousands of people in different parts of the world have experienced wonderful healings of all types of ailments by using Agnihotra ash.

HOW TO PERFORM IT ???

Agnihotra requires these materials:

– Copper pyramid of specific shape and size
– Dried cow dung
– Ghee (clarified unsalted butter from cow’s milk)
– Whole grain raw brown rice
– Agnihotra Mantras
– Timings of sunrise/sunset for your area

Preparing the Agnihotra fire:

Place one piece of cowdung on the bottom of the pyramid, and place more pieces with ghee on them around the inside of the pyramid, leaving an opening in the middle. For fires done in apartments and other indoor locations a small fire will suffice, but for agricultural purposes where a lot of ash is desired, it is preferable to build a larger fire.

Apply ghee to both sides of the piece of dung which will be placed in the center.

The rice offering consists of two pinches of raw brown rice (a pinch is the amount you can hold in your fingertips). Place in a dish and remove the broken pieces.

Add enough ghee to moisten the rice. Separate the rice into two portions.

Light the fire several minutes before the time on the timesheet, so the dung will be fully ablaze at the exact time. A large fire will need to be started earlier than a small one. Thicker dung needs more time to fully ignite.

This completes Agnihotra. It is preferable to sit quietly or meditate until the fire goes out.

For the maximum effect of the interplay of subtle energies of Agnihotra, one should not disturb the pyramid or add ghee after the mantras have been chanted and rice and ghee have been added to the fire. If circumstances permit, it is best not to disturb the pyramid until it is time to set up for the next performance of Agnihotra.

Agnihotra Mantras:

At Sunrise:

Sooryáya Sváhá
(add the first portion of rice)
Sooryáya Idam Na Mama

Prajápataye Sváhá

(add the second portion of rice)
Prajápataye Idam Na Mama

At Sunset:

Agnaye Sváhá
(add the first portion of rice)
Agnaye Idam Na Mama

Prajápataye Sváhá
(add the second portion of rice)
Prajápataye Idam Na Mama

(á is pronounced as ‘a’ in father)

At the exact timing for sunrise or sunset, utter the first Mantra and give the first offering of rice and ghee to the fire, after the word  Sváhá. Then chant the second Mantra and give the second offering after the word Sváhá. Say the Mantras once only. If you miss the timing, it is not Agnihotra and you will not have the healing effects.

After each Agnihotra try to spare as many minutes as you can for meditation. You can sit in silence at least until the fire extinguishes itself.

After the Mantras have been uttered and the rice offerings given, it is best not to disturb the fire, due to the interplay of subtle energies. If possible, avoid moving the pyramid until the next time you prepare for Agnihotra.

A larger fire using more dried cowdung amplifies the healing effects and produces a greater quantity of healing ash.

Keep the Agnihotra ash in a container made of earthenware, glass or wood. DO NOT keep Agnihotra ash in a container made of plastic or metals other than copper or gold. Agnihotra ash can be used as fertilizer for plants or for making folk medicines for animals and humans. In South America it is called “miracle ash”.

Agnihotra can protect us from radioactivities and nuclear blasts.

Agnihotra needs to be performed at specific times according to one's location and place. If not done on time, there are zero effects of it on humans, but it has effects on environment.
Users can know there timings to perform it - via Android App, IOS App, or get them ONLINE.

An Interesting Story, How Agnihotra saved people from BHOPAL GAS TRAGEDY.....

Bhopal gas tragedy  !!! I hope everyone know about it. But is that you all know two families got saved , because they do Havan  in their home!!! Surprising right? Ya even when I read about this in Tamil magazine (last year), I was surprised how it is possible? But later I read the whole article and got to know the scientific reason behind it. So I would to share the information  read regarding this.
The tragic incident occurred on the night of December 3, 1984 when the poisonous MIC gas leaked from Union Carbide factory at Bhopal. Hundreds of people died and thousands were hospitalized, but there were two families – those of Shri Sohan Lal S Khushwaha and Shri M.L. Rathore, living about one mile away from the plant who came out unscathed. These families were regularly performing agnihotra (havan). In these families nobody died, nobody was even hospitalized despite being present in the area worst affected by the leakage of the toxic gas. This observation implies that agnihotra is a proven antidote to pollution. (English Daily-“The Hindu’ of 4-5-85; news item under the heading ‘Vedic Way to Beat Pollution’.)
